- Do you offer local pickup?

The Red Rival offers FREE local pick-up in the Maryville, MO area! If you are not picking up locally, shipping will be charged. Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly. The Red Rival is not responsible for incorrect mailing addresses entered at checkout. Our pickup hours are daily from 8am-8pm CST. Pickup instructions will be included in the email letting your know you order is ready for pickup.
- When will my order ship?

Our posted turnaround time is 5-7 business days. This timeline begins the next business day after your order is placed. All items are made to order, so please allow the full time for production. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping notification via email. If you have not yet received this notification, please check your spam, junk, or promotions folders.
If your order is within the 5-7 business day window, please be patient, and your order will ship on time.
- Tracking Issues?

If your tracking shows no movement or seems stuck in transit, please reach out to your local post office for assistance. They may be able to help locate your package. If your tracking shows as "Delivered," but you cannot find your package, please contact your local post office for more information. If you purchased additional shipping insurance, you may start a claim directly with the insurance provider.

- Can I cancel or modify my order?

Once your order has been placed, we are unable to make any edits, changes, or cancellations. We also cannot add notes to an order after submission, nor can we guarantee that added notes will be seen or addressed. Please review your order carefully before finalizing your purchase.
- What is your return policy?

All items are FINAL SALE unless purchased at full price and are either damaged or incorrect. Items purchased with any discount or from our sale collections (e.g., $16/$19/$22/$25/$30 sales) are FINAL SALE.

- Do you have sizing charts?

The majority of our tee shirts are unisex and true to size. Our graphic t-shirts and sweatshirts are a unisex fit unless otherwise stated within the product description. We recommend the same size you would normally wear in a regular unisex sized t-shirt. If the style fits a little big bigger or small than other brands, we will provide that information in the product description.
- Where are your products made?

Nearly all of our products are printed and shipped from Maryville, MO. We print DTF (Direct-to-film), which is real ink printed onto a transfer film, and then pressed onto the garment.

We print DTF (Direct-to-film), which is real ink printed onto a transfer film, and then pressed onto the garment. Our prints are soft to touch and long lasting. We DO NOT use any vinyl on our products.
- Do you accept custom orders?

We do accept custom orders, please complete the custom print request form here
If you need a custom design created, there is a minimum order requirement of 10 items. The owner is our only designer, so please allow for a 2-3 week turnaround time.
If you have a print-ready design file, there is no minimum order requirement. - How do I contact The Red Rival?

To get in touch with The Red Rival, please email us at support@theredrival.com. We do not monitor direct messages on social media, and they can easily be missed or overlooked. The owner also does not accept private messages. For the fastest response, email is the only communication method we use.
